Especially the effect of CO2 is big.Kyoto Protocol was established by many countries to solve the Global Warming issue. Japan promised to reducea 6 % of CO2 emission of 1990, between 2008 and 2012.To achieve this, Japan promotes a national project called "Team Minus 6%".
